Our Boiler Installation Service

As part of our service we will visit your property to conduct a site survey. We do not use salesmen, a qualified engineer will conduct your survey and will be able to offer straightforward advice and answer any questions you may have.

As every boiler installation is different, we will provide a full written quotation detailing the work we recommend specifically for your property. However, all our boiler installations include the following services as standard:

• Installation of a high efficiency A-rated condensing boiler.
• Powerflush the central heating system to clean system.
• Install an inline filter to protect the boiler from impurities.
• Fit a room thermostat.
• Fit thermostatic valves to radiators if required.
• Upgrade heating controls as those recommended by the Energy Saving Trust.

Once we have completed the installation of your new boiler we will notify the Gas Safe Register who in turn will issue you a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate. This certificate is a requirement for any future Home Information Pack.
